I am Jenova. My husband’s name is Thomas. We are from Idinthakarai, Tamilnadu. I am a member of BLA (Bethany Lay Associates) Idinthakarai. I am very close to Bethany Sisters.
I had gone through so many difficulties and problems in my life. I suffered a lot, even the ill treatment from my parents. I was all alone in all my sufferings and struggles. Nobody took interest to settle me in marriage, not even my parents or relatives. Earlier I thought I would live as a spinster, since I had no support from my family. I was already 39 years old and to get proper match was beyond my imagination. But I had deep faith in the God of the impossible. Bethany Sisters were a great support for me and they advised me to express my needs to God through the Servant of God RFC Mascarenhas. I too had a great love towards this holy man. I cried bitterly and prayed before the picture of Father Raymond that I may have a good future.
To my surprise the next day a proposal came which was destined for me by God. I got married at the age of 39 and my life companion is 45 years old. Our next concern was a baby. I continued to pray with deep faith and hope, for a child. Though doctors could not give much hope to me, our powerful God gave me hope in my life and I gave birth to a baby boy at the age of 40.
I believe my marriage and the baby I got is a miracle that happened in my life through RFC Mascarenhas, and I am happy to tell you that my mother-in-law’s family also bears the name of Mascarenhas.
Now we are living happily. I pray that ‘Our Founder‘ SD RFC Mascarenhas may be raised to the honours of the altar soon. I raise my gratitude to God and all those who prayed for me.
