I am Mrs Midsy Colaco from Goa. I was teaching in Bethany Convent High School, Sao Jose de Areal in the year 1991. It was during this period of my teaching that I suddenly took ill. I was very serious with very high infection in the blood. My ESR was very high, much beyond bounds. The doctors in Goa had given up all hope of my survival.
It was during this time that I was shifted to Manipal Hospital where I was admitted in the ICU and the doctors said that all medical science is failing. All my family members and my colleagues had given up hopes. But Sr Noel who was my principal at that time, started storming Heaven and praying with all the students of Bethany Convent High School.
She also visited me at the Manipal Hospital with Sr Lumina the manager. And Sr Lumina prayed over me with their founder Mgr RFC Mascarenhas‘ cross. It was a great surprise for the doctors. And slowly I started recovering from that day on. And up till this date I am well.
Though I had a number of health problems, even after that, but my faith in Mgr RFC Mascarenhas has become very strong and I know that through his intercession I will be healed. I always acknowledge that through his intercession I got new life today and I am living happily with my family. My great thanks to Mgr RFC Mascarenhas and so I ask the Almighty to grant Mgr RFC Mascarenhas the honours of the altar soon.
